I put my pen to paper
My dreams start taking shape
The words come sooner or later
The story lies in wait

I pen down the first chapter
A masterpiece on its own

And @stach's very own

The words move the reader
He's captivated and hooked
The story seems so real
No detail is overlooked

His phone begins to ring
The alarm has gone off
He throws it aside with one swing
This story he can't get enough

Its time to go to work
His mind whispers to him
On hearing his mental clerk
He stops reading on a whim

He has to pay the bills
So he sets the book aside
Does his morning drills
Then hops into his ride

He hurries off to work
But gets the audiobook online
Reading is his quirk
But He'll listen to it this time

The story doesn't end there
This is just the beginning
But you'll have to tune in next week
To see where this is heading
