My name is Eusebio Vásquez, I am an only child and I am 20 years old. I'm from Venezuela, Edo-Miranda, from a city called Guarenas.

Summary The Metamorphosis

In this short novel the author, Frankz Kafka, tells the story of a young man named Gregorio who sees how his life changes radically after becoming an insect.

Gregorio is a commercial traveler and he brought out his entire family. One morning dawns with insect body and scared, remains in his room ignoring the calls of his family. She tries to stand up, although she has not yet mastered her new body and intends to open the door of her room. When it does it causes a huge surprise,
to his boss who leaves quickly, his mother falls faint (of amazement) and his angry father forces him to get into his room violently.

After everything that happened Gregorio is left by his family, he only maintains a small relationship with his sister Grete who feeds him and cares for him, but always leaving some distance due to his disgusting appearance.

In a cleaning of the mother and the sister, they begin to remove the furniture, Gregorio is scared and runs off, letting himself be seen by the mother who started screaming and both became nervous, when the father arrives to beat him with apples what caused him a wound.

When the family was in economic trouble, try to take money, so they rented rooms for guests. Gregorio causes some problems to his family with the tenants so he decides to stop eating to get out of the way and free his family from all the problems it caused.

The next day the maid finds Gregorio dead and throws it in the trash. Then begins another change for the family, but this time for the better.
