Wordless days
When the words all fall away
And weariness drags
The body down
With doubled gravity
Still no words to say
Thoughts only move
Slowly
Swimming through
Molasses filled skull
Sleep beckons
Sleep rejects
Taunting on the sidelines
Never quite giving in
And words
Words stay missing in action
