The Change We Need; Poem
Advocate of hurdlers,
Circle of cheats,
Prophets of destruction,
Warriors of commotion,
Guidance of poverty,
Promiser of change,
We mistake to ask what change,
Change to low standard,
Change to unstable square meals,
Change to virus,
Change to corruptible living,
Change to hatred,
Change to deaf ear,
We murmur for a saviour,
We await a messiah,
How long shall we cast our hope?
How long shall we keep waiting.
To me, the change we need is ourselves
