Spelling and Typos

You would not think of lightning,
if you saw me typing.
Although it is not fast,
still many words are trashed.
But not the least of my woes,
is my display of typos.
For if truth is of my telling,
I don’t do well at spelling.
The cause of this bad formation,
is my pronunciation.
It seems this fault is present,
because I have an accent.
I spell the way I speak,
an incorrect technique.
Fortunately there is spell check,
Which often saves my neck.
But writing in a flash,
causes it to crash.
