Wishing I were home
Waiting for you
To call me on the telephone

Dreaming of you
Every night and day
Fighting for you
To have a place to stay

Pray for me
Hope to God my life is spared
Wait for me
When I return, promise you'll be there

But if I don't make it back to you,
Please don't feel sorry for my soul
I am now with you forever
Your heart has become my home
