Violent muscle twitches
pulling chains
attached to lands
where we belong

Never willing
to cease until
they are close enough
to see your face

Leap to love
and swim
vicious flailings of limbs
knowing what is waiting
on solid ground

The sooner
we are together
the longer
we have with each other

Every glance
kiss
caress
like the first
forever
