True leader is honest man
This is very true @dobartim. Without discipline, success will elude you. Every successful person has built his success on the bed of discipline.
Also, it's our responsibility to create new paths of victory for ourselves. Nobody else will do it for us. Therefore, we have to take the initiative to set new paths for ourselves everyday.
