stainless as steel
a plain surface for lead
filled with purified energy
like a message from a dove
Rays softer than silk
Gentle and brilliance
The pride of the pearly is in its lustre
She kills sinister emotions
Keeps the darkness at bay
Its lighting is toxic to the soul
A wave of relinquishment
to conceal the shame
A face hiding in plain sight
like the geisha lost with an identity
For a fresh beginning
a cleansing of the heart
mourning of the past
and embracing the future

Your use of similes and imageries, I'm sorry I've been totally sick not seen your poems in a while though this one took a different approach though and the simplicity is what makes it perplexing and unique
