A short and metaphorical haiku like that can give a lot of food for thought. It can be interpreted in so many different ways that it allows one to really use it as a mirror for self-inspection...

The only times my husband and I have arguments we both always realize that we aren't really mad at each other but outside factors like lack of sleep or frustration with school. We've both learned to reflect like looking in a mirror to see whats around us to know why we are angry.
