Be patient be kind
To the bad thoughts pay no mind
Love is coming, so wait
It’ll arrive in time like a play date

And I waited, and waited
Like a ballon in thorns
I sat in my troubles and deflated
Sending out everything I had ever thought,
especially those they called bad ones

Love was a lie, a terrible one too
Never had it as an adult, not even in my childhood
So when I hear you say you’ll lose your head for love
I say I’ll rather lose my head,than fall in love.
