"Pain"

**

It hurts like hell
Pain so unbearable
Wounded
Bloodied
A heart
Shattered
—Destroyed

Screaming inside
Painful
Not lessening
At all
The pain
Just won't
Let go

Will the wound
Ever heal?
Will there
Be scars?
Will time
Make the pain
Go away?
