This is how I see it now. Maybe you will have no idea what I mean

Death is nothing at all.
I have only slipped away to the next realm
I am me and you are you.
Whatever we were to each other
in reality, we still are.

Speak to me in the easy way
which you always use to do.
Please put no difference in your tone and know I am listening

Laugh as we always laughed
at the little jokes we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me. Dream of me.
Let my name be ever on the tip of your tongue
Let it be spoken without effect.
Without the trace of a shadow on it.

Life means all that it ever meant.
It is the same that it ever was.
There is absolute unbroken love
Why should I be out of your mind
because I am out of sight

When that time finally comes
I am but waiting for you.
because in death love never dies
Somewhere. Someday, maybe an eternity
That seems just around the corner.
