ETUTU (SACRIFICE)
ETUTU (SACRIFICE)
(Stretching the calabash forward)
We don't beat such-
Because she is an egg of the eye,
If such is beaten-
She will die.
We don't axe such-
Because she is a water,
No one dares to combat with water
Nor its shadow.
And the thunder-strike
Cannot bruise the faces of the water.
(Stretching the calabash forward more)
Let the sense seizure collect his sense
And the conscience weaver hold back his conscience
Because;
When the belly is famished, it will roar.
No chamber for hunger to reside in the stomach.
(Stretching the calabash to the deity)
Thus, to you my 'she'
That will bring home the prosperity of the west,
Golden wealth of the south and the riches of the north-
This is your food-
Where is my money?
