The Joys

Monday I was suicidal
Tuesday comatose
Wednesday brought a bout of blues
Thursday was just gross

Friday perked me up a bit
Saturday I slept
Sunday moped about the house
Monday I just wept

The days don't really matter
The mood swings just the same
Sometimes I cope quite easily
At times I go insane

I pondered on my feelings
And wondered if just maybe
It's attributed to the fact that
I've just had a baby
