We all get sold
The money buys us for pennies
Our flesh worth two cents in eternity
One each for birth and death
The rest is greed and illusion
When your soul lasts forever
what is a billion dollars?
We spend our lives naked
as time waits to be worn
We sell her short to get rich
In the end we can’t even buy back seconds
