Folks got expectations
illusions at best
They think am flailing
in time and space
They assume the worst
when my thoughts speak out loud
They call it BS
Well one person’s BS
is another’s clarity
Don’t presume you know
what my fate will be
You will never see tomorrow
until it is present
Don’t presume
to tell me who I was meant to be
