The Rhapsody of Life

The Beginning is often promising, while the end many times is sagging,
Reason is of course not far fetched, because far sight is always lacking,
It's not the morning that matters; it is of course always the evening,
Because inevitably after the long race, distance covered often becomes revealing,

Everything done in Darkness, will come to light one day,
Every day is a thief's day, but the owner's day is one day,
Do not misunderstand, the rhetoric's of human conditions,
For life in itself, is an embodiment of contradictions,

A Prophet is never honoured, in his own domain,
Nor do people of my extraction, easily bow to a captain,
The fall out from such a posture, remains predominantly red,
Since every body aspires to lead, while no one is left to be led,

Let's therefore take life in its stride, while jerking,
And indulge ourselves consistently, in positive thinking,
For at the end of it all, is this kind of poser,
If you were there, did you see and did you conquer?
