This kind of baby lives in dreams
He wasn't aware of something
now he is
I knew him a long time ago

These were an interesting process. I'd do these quick little watercolors (without thinking too much, kind of like a visual art version of freewriting), and then I'd write a poem based on whatever picture I came up with. So they're a bit different from the poetry I usually write, a little more abstract and dreamlike. Usually when I write a poem, I'm well aware of what my point is, or at least kind of what the poem is aiming at saying. With some from this series, I have no idea :D
But if I can feel a point there in the writing, even if I'm not quite sure what it is... I consider it done!
