Let It Sleep
I take this trip to tomorrow, floundering through today and hungry for the journey of a life time. Steps are taken and sweat drops, patiently waiting for all to get to the top.
Two worlds coincide and form a perfect blend, mashed together in the runny water of sadness. Happiness and sadness, walking side by side, being antithesis of one another and loving to hate while hating to love. So perplexing.
Questions of conscience arise, depleted thoughts cascading my hurt as the tears drop slowly from my face, a tenderness is felt in the darkness as my blurry vision leads to perpetual bliss in trepid places.

I see the ocean, the tides and the drip that comes with salty wetness. The sadness accompanied with distress and long overdue lingering in murky waters. I walk past it all and act ignorant to it, living in the bliss of ignorance is addictive and I'm doomed to this life style. I guess I'll let the sleeping dog lie.
