Sands of time.
Under the rocks
lie the sands of time
figures of speech
and ancient rhyme
seek the past
sift the sand
raise your eyes
rinse your hand
blood and hatred
in our land.
Over the clouds
flow the winds of love
seekers of wisdom
flying high above
listen to them
they show the way
hear their message
in the words they say
peace and love
is the call of today.
