My life is a rolling ball that just never stops
I can bring utter destruction
or be a light in the dark
My mind is a mess...

I am posting this as I'm uncertain where this was going but I feel compelled to post it. I hope you like it. Thank you for the upvotes.

sometimes when im in that kind of place, i step back and slow it down. take a walk, meditate, refocus on something that makes u smile!
