My Original Bengali Poem - আমি এখন ফিরছি ঘরে
যতবার রবীন্দ্রনাথ পড়া যায় ততবার
ক্রমে ক্রমে বাবরি চুলের দোলা আসে
যতদিন নকশী কাঁথার মাঠ দিয়ে হেঁটে গেছি
তার চেয়ে বেশি তোমার ভাবনার জলে ডুবেছি।
আর তোমার পাড়ায় আলাপ জমিয়েছি কোন
এক অনামি দাদুর শৈশবের স্মৃতিবন্দি অলিন্দে,
আর কতদিন এভাবে চলবে দ্বিধা দ্বন্দে ?
একবার ও কি তুমি ভুল করেও আমাকে দেখনি,
বুঝতে পারিনি অজানার পরিচিত হওয়ার ছটফটানি?
বেগুনী আর হলুদ দুটো খামই পড়ে আছে ব্যর্থ
আজকে আমার আবেগ আর উন্মাদনা হলো অসমর্থ।
বিকেলের আলোর আবিরে তুমি প্রথম জাগলে প্রেমে
দুটি হাত স্পর্শ করলো অন্য দুটি হাত
হঠাৎ অকাল বসন্তে এলো প্রেম পুরুষালি কণ্ঠে
তুমি শুনলে ভালোবাসার আবেদন।
সে আমি নই অন্য কেউ জিতে নিলো তোমায়
তোমার পাড়ার জমানো জলে জাহাজ চালিয়ে
আমি এখন ফিরছি ঘরে সঙ্গে দুটি পুরোনো খাম
সন্ধ্যার অন্ধকারে হারালো আমার প্রেমের নাম।
