The Cat Tip-Toes (Original Poem)
Sinister and calculating
Slow and suspenseful
Quiet as it flows
So that nobody knows
The cat tip-toes
Incognito is the steelo
Balance and agility
Leaving no echoes
Only a shadow shows
As the cat tip-toes
The cat tip-toes
Always ready to pounce
Or maybe to bounce
Upon its prey
Devouring every ounce
Maybe it to will be a prey
Someday
But until that day comes
It continues the stalk
On the cat walk
As sure as the grass grows
The cat tip-toes

Nice verse friend, best regards!!!
Wonderful poem! Thanks for sharing.
Another nice poem, @amarie. I liked the rhythm of this poem the rhyme scheme of this. I could see it as mimicking the movements of a cat stalking it's pretty. Good write.
This is great! Hope you are having a lovely evening :-)
