Closed eyes
Sacrificing the desire to be alive
Soaked in sunlight
Releasing what is no longer meant to be
Forgiving tastes that were once liked
And inspiring spirits aspiring to lead
Life with more meaning
Other than just looking in the mirror
And continuing about a normal day.
Cuz something more burns in the eyes
When looking at them directly.
