Enero ng ika'y aking nakilala
Abril ng ako'y iyong binalewala
Pag-sinta na iyong dinaanan
Paki-kinapayam ba kamo? Pa tungkol saan?
Kwentuhan natin na inaabot nang hangang umaga
Pagkakaibigan natin na tagos hangang sa bodega
Galingan mo! Kaya mo yan!
Sana matangap ka sa trabaho doon sa bayan
Wala nang sasakit pa sa iyong pag-iwas
Sapagkat daig nito ang isang bigwas
Hindi ko hinihiling na ako'y iyong kausaping muli
Dahil alam ko na matigas ka, para bang bato sa Tripoli
Masaya ako kasi kahit sa sandaling panahon, ako'y iyong napaligaya
Ngunit isang araw ika'y nag-sungit na tila ba nakakain ka ng ampalaya
Pag-dating sa pag-luluto, alam ko ikaw ang pinaka magaling walang duda
Galingan mo sa unang araw ng iyong trabaho, pera na sabog sabog iyong ikamada
Career or love? Such a dilemma!
Ang sakit man sa kalooban
Ngunit nararapat na igalang.
Ano mang desisyon mo...
Hindi magbabago,
Na ikaw ay mahal ko...

Strong words yet you did give justice to every word you have said. 👍🏻 love the poetry you have. People come and go to our lives and few will stay.

Choosing career for the loved ones or over loved ones. Too hard to know the real reason. We are subconsciously slaved by our works and careers.
Life is so exciting especially when we make decisions for ourselves and for other people. :-)
Every word of your post embody pain, suffering, aches, difficulties and challenges. Your inner emotions are well written in words. Words that awaken the hearts of others who are unable to materialize the emotions they have inside. Truly, we are torn apart by choices and decision making in our lives.
