DARK MOON [DAY 32]
POETRY
Smiling down with motherly love
A bouquet of pure dove
Laughter in those eyes
Awakening all that dies
With the calling of nature
Even if it is sure
Tis still a wonder
That they call her
The taker of souls
In all that grows
But no surprise they named her
Nature balancer
Watching silently as
The maiden is captured
Her clothes torn
Her body no longer hers
Possessed by another
Pain racking through her
But no up to the shame
That makes her maim
But she silently watches in the
Dark of the night
The cruelty that unfolds
Oh, but she knows
The sweetness of
A dark night
Under her
Would not go unpunished

Beautiful poetry. This reminds me of the eternal witness, to all that happens in the universe. The words invoked dark scenes, of pain and suffering but justice delivered at the end
