What I'll Regret Most
Anytime soon, memories will fade
All the joy felt will perish
Every ounce of smile will mean no more
Still, regrets will not befall for my heart has it all.
One day, my eyes will blur in your presence
You will no longer be my day maker
I will pass through you without words of hello
Still, I'm cherished to have met a person like you.
A slap on the face will bring me to reality
That all the efforts, kindness and favours I did
Were stupid acts of my hungry heart
Still, no regrets for my heart desired for these things.
All these, everything, will one day halt me
To a realization that ''I'' will forever be a shadow
Through my acts speak for what I feel
Still, my heart aches of not saying it for real.
