Poetry #9: Sometimes

Sometimes we run,
Sometimes we fall,
Somethimes we think of what we have ignored,

Sometimes we feel,
Sometimes that feeling persists and inhabits,
And we just don't understand what it is.

Unaware, sometimes we just let our emotions carry on,
So we endure, endure and endure....
Sometimes its time to stop and loke within,
Verbalize our thoughts, emotion and chagrin.
Sometimes it's time to accept without reason, to finally be whole again.
