he flute that lost its music

he flute that lost its music

Once I had a flute,
It was a thing of beauty,
It was slender and graceful,
And its music was pure and free.

But one day it was broken,
And its music ceased to be,
Now it lies there silent,
A mere piece of wood, you see.

Oh, how I miss its music,
The melody that it played,
But now it's just a memory,
Of the music that has strayed.

If only I could fix it,
And make it play once more,
I'd cherish it forever,
And never let it go.

But alas, it's beyond repair,
And its music's lost for good,
Now it lies there silent,
A mere piece of wood.

This poem is a beautiful expression of the loss and longing that comes with the passing of time. The flute represents a cherished memory that has been lost, and the speaker mourns the passing of something beautiful and pure. The poem is also a tribute to the power of music to evoke deep emotions and memories in our lives.
