Poem "Love Forever"

My only poem is in English. I wrote it when I was 13 years old.

Love Forever

I go on sky around the love.

I find you like my dream.

I need not grief. Enough.

My heart does not want a tin.

Shame on you! I am lonely.

You are against. Why do you not forgive me?

You were held from me alone, see

Like I got in the pit

I am calamity. I am punishment.

Because I cant feel without you.

I live frome a stone is monument.

That stoped in soul by glue.

My English teacher said that there were many mistakes in it. But I did not alter it. Perhaps you can help me?
