Tucking in.
Falling into the softness within.
Curling up and readying to sleep.
Hush, my darling.
Not a peep.
The sandman comes.
Such abundant sands.
That filters through his shaking hand.
And in these dreams,
That come what may.
Shaken off by light of day.
Sharp lark calls and breaks the spell.
Daring not in bed to dwell.
The monsters that lurk under sheets
Will steal you away.
And eats your feets.
