POEM: LEXI
A shiny crumb for every pore
Drip from dried lightcicles
A tiny plum rhyming with the word ape
A speedy ruler coiled as one
Helped me measure
The bright curve you put on my face
A dancing burn playing limbo
On lazy tree chunks
While I don this sleepy crochet worm
Perhaps a bit of wet clear
Smacked on my face
Will refresh my lexicon
