Destined

First time I had my heart broken,
that's when I was fully awoken.
That no matter how hard you've tried,
he will still end up still saying good bye.

I decided to to take a break,
to realize my past mistake.
To mend and take a rest,
and only wish for the best.

Six years it took for me to cope,
then when we've met you gave me hope.
I just wish that you would stay,
for I will give my heart away.

I am so glad I took a chance,
for this new budding romance.
Indeed you are true to your word,
and I am here thanking our Lord.

Now I know my decision was right,
because I smile when you are in sight.
You always make me feel alright,
and our future looks oh so bright.

I want to thank you my Ney.
for everything you've given me,
all through out all adversary
I greet you "happy anniversary".
