Were million of tears
And flood of disappointments
Where words failed
And my world almost stumble

Behind that smile
Promises were broken
And trust were betrayed
And those whom I perceived as fence
Left one after the other

Behind that smile
Were lot of sleepless night
Not because of disease nor late chats
They were days suicide could have been the option
And even sleep couldn't help out

Behind that smile
Were millions of wistfulness
Thousand of satirical remarks
And 99.9 reasons to give up
But that 0.1 was worth believing in

Behind that smile
Were friends turn enemies
And loved ones turned strangers
Those who made me believe I'm indispensable
Left without saying goodbye

Behind that smile
Hundred of scar
Thousand of deceit and disappointment
Million of experience
Billion reason not to give up

So smile again
When you still have teeth
And love like you've never been hurt
For you never can tell
Who use your smile as a motivation
You're stronger than those problems
