One day mama told me take precaution when it comes to love
And that a dream could be special
Don’t let your eyes refuse to see
And if you believe, in the end you will find
You will get your choice by faith
So I took my only prized possession
Told myself I won’t be stuck here
So I left for the journey of life
You can still have freedom
Take your heart and hold it tight
Yeah alright but all these people told me step aside leave it all behind
You will never hurt again
If this is love, love must be blind
An illusion of the mind
Just light up my expectations now
Should I keep going all weekend?
Should I wait and put it behind?
Don’t wanna be my worst offender
But all you got are broken promises
So I got to stick with mama's advice
