Who will save this rain

Highlands are dry
Dry lands are high
Yet everyone wants the high
Missing that also it can be dry
Life is a journey
With almost no guarantee
Than we have for ourselves

Black rains of doubt
In motion to fall on earth
Gather what you can oh earthlings
For this rain may not subside
Showers of blessing
Falling on the meek secluding the unjust
It's only the same rain who shall save
For what reason, who can tell

What says this lighthouse
A reach out to wants and desires?
Or a reach of wants and desires
At the truth of this lies
A million and one trees
Or the same reflection of lighthouses
Inequal to the amount cut down
Never is

So who wins the fight?
What insanity can do against the just
To what ends justifies this means
Of seeking the lost yet to be lost again
Clouded judgement upon limited understanding
The innocent is punished in vain
Who without sin may cast the first stone
