Life as a Roller Coaster

The cart slowly climbs the track,
Every soul on the board
Submerged in anxiety,
Hearts pounding a parade of drums.
The power of the speechlessness,
Every vocal cord has nothing to say.
Slowly up the hill,
Hitting the climax at the very tip.
Then,
You fly down,
Feeling like soaring.
Then over and over again.
Such is the life on a roller coaster.
