Its about time

I started almost like everyone else
I made stupidity my best friend, while ignorance I made my companion.
Most times I'd look, I'd feel and I'd fall for the wrong people.
Nine times out of ten was for the wrong reasons
Often I had my hopes shattered and my heart broken.
Well its about time I had a change of heart.
Its time i ignored the loud voices and stayed away from the wrong choices.
Its about time I got interested in people whose dreams and vision are intertwined.
Its about time I followed those with brains rather than the fancy and trendy ones.!
It is time I nurtured my dreams, set my goals and raised my standards.
It is time I live right because tomorrow might never come.
