Breathe...do not let life take away your breath
Do not twist in agony or curl up in a ball

Breathe...find yourself among the slain
Do not lay lifeless in the mire give it your all

Breathe.. take a step into the nothingness
Do not be afraid of what you cannot see

Breathe...suck in air through those punctured lungs
Do not be afraid to live your truth ...be
