Being Foreign

Being foreign is horrible.
You are not from here and you no longer belong there.
Being foreign is like acting, you try to be from here but you sound from there. Being foreign is being labeled a knockoff of the real deal. Being foreign is being labeled a traitor by those that remain there.
Being foreign is loneliness here and there.
