THE DARKNESS - An Original poem
Beware, beware the darkness
it'll fill you, consume you
as it has devoured
many before you.
It never stops, it only grows
it's seed sprouts evermore.
It has only one end,
that it has no end.
So, beware, beware the darkness!
The eternal war rages on
between the light and dark.
The night sky says to us with all it's might, But this optimism of the night And the dark wins once more... But wait! There's still time! And then the day will dawn, Which will be the proof
The eons old reign of the dark
is finally coming to an end!
And it is winning! Light!
fades into eternity just like the light.
We can still make this right.
It can still win, the light,
Just have to make it through the night.
and bring forth the light.
of our victory over the darkness.
