I din't stop to look at the text to see what did me in. I just took screenshot and logged out.
My only thoughts was i did use flame dash i might have hit something that resulted in my death.
I might have a run in the western forest and look for suspects. Those suicide bombers almost took out holoz0r the other day; but they're pretty obvious.
