Peter schiff has been wrong about a lot of things. He was one of the people who told others not to buy bitcoin smh.
yep, i was working for him building his offshore bank http://www.europacbank.com when he was talking all this nonsense. Was a big reason that I resigned as Head of Business Development.
he has changed that view and publicly admitted/announced this though...
No. He hasn't changed his view. I follow him closely, even though he's been wrong about Bitcoin :) Just yesterday he posted a dramatic podcast talking about how it's probably near the top, not bottom. He came down harder on cryptos than usual. So he's more bearish on cryptos than ever.

i have followed schiff for years as i'm in the survival niche - and i've heard him denounce bitcoin. i wonder if this has something to do with his marketing connections
i think it's just an utter lack of understanding technology, honestly.
i think he just doesn't like crypto cause it interferes with his metals biz
If the mainstream media is saying we're in a bubble, you can be assured that we're 100% not in a bubble. All you have to do is look at China, bitcoin is going crazy over there. Businesses are starting to incorporate bitcoin as a payment method as it's the future and the Chinese know it.
