Lets see its pros and cons.

Pros:

SD 845, the high end processor with liquid cool technology from Qualcomm is embedded in it.,
Price is just 21,000.
Excellent Display with correct level of colors, contrast. Tiny bezels,notch.
Build of the phone is solid.
Great battery life of 4000 mAh.
Excellent day light camera capture, selfie capture and Video.
4K video recording
Quick charge 3.0 is available with USB C type.
IR Blaster and IR reflector for face unlock.
Cons:

No Optical Image Stabilization(OIS). This is the main drawback which reflects on the images of the low light capture.
No EIS for video recording of 4k.
Plastic build is soild but could have been come with metal or glassy design.
No NFC.
According to the above, I would recommend the phone for users who love to use flagship in an affordable price. There will be no doubt that it will be rival to the phones above 20k and some flagship phones. Due to price, OIS, EIS are not available in camera but it produces good images. You can buy it.
