He only does have 2 million in this account. If he does have actually those 20 million Pocket then he owns ~2% of the total amount of Pocket available and that worries me more.

You should learn about the market working.
If you sell very small amounts (1000 POCKET blocks) you can get the most out of your POCKET.
If you sell big amounts, people like to see a scale discount.
In other words, the bigger the blocks you sell, the less you will become.
Maybe you should wait and sell them in the future on bitshares. @virtualgrowth is running a project to get POCKET there.
