Hello mangipng. Have you tried coinmama.com? you can buy ETH and BTC with a credit or debit card. The approval process takes a couple weeks but I found this site to be my favourite so far. I also cannot get on coinbase in my country. I have also used localethereum.com for buying ETH with Paypal. Local bitcoin.com is good too I hear though I have not used them.
