During the execution of a plan or development of a product, we can never expect from risk to not occur. The thing that matters for real is that how we respond to the risk factors.

There are Two Main Replies to This Situation:

Making a strategy that will be applied to the response of the risk
The execution of the made-up strategy

We have been learning in RMP Certification that whenever such kind of cases occurs, we have to make the following plan of action:
The first step could be to avoid the and discontinuing the on-going procedures and to follow a different approach for the completion of the project. The second plan is to not take the responsibility of the risk at all and to shift the risks to the supplier of stakeholder’s end. When a risk factor encounters there are many consequences of it.

We can try to reduce as many bad consequences as we can. And the fourth step is to face the happenings. This is the case when we are helpless and have the verge to face what we have created. This way we can get to learn about the risk so that in future we can deal with such kind of situation easily.
The enactment of strategies:
According to the PMI RMP Course, once the strategy is made there are some manners to complete the action, a plan is needed for a smooth and to the problem.

This Comprises the Following Steps;

Identification of what needs to be done
The definition of roles to the professionals involved in the process
The resources to be gathered
The start points from where the work is going to start
