Zach Cox suspected something was a little off when his brave mother tried to shoot him when he was just six years old. Nevertheless, he lived a relatively normal life among other humans.

However, Andy proved to be kind and seemed to have an unhealthy obsession with drinking. Zach soon learnt that Andy had taken an oath never to poke a human being.
When Zach's brave mother is injured in a magic accident, Zach realises his own life is at risk.
Despite Andy'sfoul odour and murderous tendencies, Zach finds himself falling for the serpent. Only fate will decided whether he kills or protects him.
One night, a phantom cat appears before Zach and warns him of a darkness within Andy. The phantom cat gives Zach the solid sword - the only weapon that can defeat a splendid serpent.
