Anyone can help me giving me some info on how to start to plc programming

Hi all ,
It's been 2 months now that i'm working for a company wich makes bottling machines
The structure that they use for plc's and programming it's B&R ,
I've made some basic courses and i have a professional degree as electrical operator
in school i've learned how to program with ladder but only basilar things
and now i'm scared about the automation studio enviroment wich trainers told me that's better for me to learn structured text , can anyone give me help about this programming language?
